Use dashboard navigation controls to shape how readers move through your docs
without editing `docs.json` directly.

## What you can change

In the dashboard, you can add pages and groups, rename navigation labels,
reorder items, and adjust how content is organized in the sidebar.

Good navigation helps readers answer two questions quickly:

- Where should I start?
- Where should I go next?

## Pages and groups

Use individual pages for specific tasks or concepts. Use groups when several
pages belong to the same workflow or reference area.

Keep group names short. They should describe the reader's goal, not the internal
implementation.

## Source equivalent

Dashboard navigation changes update the navigation settings stored in
`docs.json`. If you prefer to edit the file directly, see
