Use the visual editor when you want to make page content changes directly in the browser.
The visual editor is built for common documentation work: editing headings and paragraphs, adding lists, inserting links, working with images, and using Radiant components without switching to a local development environment.
Open the editor
Open the Radiant dashboard and go to Editor.
Visual mode and source mode
Use visual mode for no-code editing. Use source mode when you want to edit the underlying page source directly.
Both modes update the same page file. If you switch to source mode, the syntax you see is the same Markdown-plus-components syntax covered in Edit Markdown.
Pending changes
After you edit a page, the editor shows a file-change indicator.
Publish when the changes are ready for readers.
