Team members belong to an organization. Use the Members page to see active members, pending invitations, and each person’s role.
Team collaboration is available on Growth and Pro plans.
Roles
Radiant supports two organization roles.
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| User | Work in shared docs surfaces that are not owner-only |
| Owner | Manage billing, repository settings, custom domains, members, invitations, and role changes |
Owner-only actions show an owner access message when a non-owner tries to use them.
Invite a member
Organization owners can invite members on Growth and Pro plans.
Open Members
In the dashboard, open the Members page.
Send an invitation
Enter the person’s email address and choose a role.
Wait for acceptance
The invitation appears as pending until the person accepts it.
Radiant prevents duplicate invitations for the same pending email and prevents inviting someone who is already a member.
Manage invitations
Owners can cancel pending invitations from the Members page.
Use this when an invitation was sent to the wrong address, the invitee no longer needs access, or you want to resend the invitation later.
Change a member role
Owners can promote a user to owner or reassign an owner to user on Growth and Pro plans.
Before promoting someone to owner, make sure they should be able to manage billing, repository settings, domains, and members.
Remove a member
Owners can remove team members from the organization.
Removing a member revokes their organization access. It does not remove docs content that has already been committed or published.
Keep at least one owner
Every organization should have at least one owner who can manage billing, members, repository settings, and custom domains.
If you are the only owner, promote another trusted member before deleting your account or leaving the organization.
